Chief Ken Dugger

The Lower Keys District, District 1, runs from Stock Island to the north end of the Seven Mile Bridge. The Sheriff's Office Headquarters building, the main Sheriff's Detention Facility (both on Stock Island ), the Freeman Substation on at mile marker 21 on Cudjoe Key, and a storefront office on Big Pine Key at the Winn Dixie shopping plaza are all located in this area.
