Captain Bob Peryam

The middle Keys jurisdictional area is comprised of two sectors, Sector 4, the city of Marathon, from the north end of the 7 mile bridge to Tom's Harbor Cut Bridge at the 60.5 mile marker of Highway U.S. One; and Sector 5, from Tom's Harbor Cut Bridge to the Islamorada city limits, at the 74 mile marker of Highway U.S. One. The Key Vaca Substation at the 47 mile marker of Highway U.S. One and a satellite Detention Facility are located in this area and serve both sectors. Key Colony Beach, located adjacent to the city of Marathon, has it 's own small Police Force.

There are three Zone Commanders with the rank of Sgt. that are charged with addressing the specific problems associated with their zone. Please feel free to click on their names to send them email.

  • Zone 1 - is all of Marathon, within the city limits. The Zone commander is Sgt. Dennis Cain.
  • Zone 2 - includes all of the unincorporated area from north of Marathon to the city limits of Islamorada. The Zone commander is Sgt. Sue Morgan
